  • Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to cancel or limit any order.

3. Payment Terms

  • Orders must be paid via the payment methods provided at checkout.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we may contact you for confirmation before dispatch.

  • Fraudulent or suspicious orders may be canceled without notice.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays or unforeseen circumstances.

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Incorrect details may result in delays or failed deliveries.

  • Delivery charges are non-refundable.

5. Returns & Exchanges

  • Our Return & Exchange Policy allows customers to request returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery.

  • Products must be mostly unused with at least 90% of content remaining.

  • Delivery charges are non-refundable. Customers cover exchange shipping costs, except in cases of damage or leakage.

  • Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • We are not liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages resulting from the use of our products.

  • Product results may vary depending on individual use, and we do not guarantee specific outcomes.

  • Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Rawalpindi, Pakistan.
